SHIPPING AND RETURNS

1. House2Home takes good care in delivering your products to you, and we partner only with reputed national courier services. Shipping within India is FREE for all orders above Rs. 899.  For orders below Rs. 899, we charge a flat Rs. 89 shipping fee.

 

2. Most of our products get dispatched within 24 hours of placing a confirmed order; however, since these products are handmade and in case the product has minor imperfections, the shipment may get delayed by another 24 hours.

3. Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday: 9 am to 7 pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time may vary depending on your location (Local, National, or Regional). Kindly accept delays caused due to weather conditions, strikes, or any other reason beyond H2H control.

 

4. Address change will be accepted only if an order has not been confirmed as shipped. Address change is only possible if the new location is within the same state.

 

5. As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information.

6. Customers are requested to provide their full address, including nearby landmark details, Pin code, and an active phone number for our courier partners to reach and deliver your products on time.
